Managing communications across its 8-story retail complex and 2-kilometer riverfront presented significant challenges — including 40+ communication blind spots, complex coordination among over 500 security staff and 1,200 tenants, and high demands for real-time emergency response.

To eliminate the communication gaps from the basement B3 to rooftop gardens, Inrico deployed the T320 PoC radios and DR10 gateway, leveraging cellular and Wi-Fi networks to deliver instant, wide-area voice and data communication without additional repeaters. Together with the DR10 gateway, the system ensures seamless signal coverage and reliable communication across the entire 750,000sqm complex.

The T320 PoC radio supports real-time video calls, voice recording, and GPS tracking, enhancing situational awareness and enabling efficient command and control. The DR10 gateway bridges communication between PoC and DMR systems, ensuring smooth interoperability and coordination across teams.
